Our story
Started by operators who were tired of advice that never left the deck.
Kestrel began with a simple frustration: too many consulting projects ended with a polished report and very little change. Our founders had sat on the client side of that table for years.
So we built a different kind of firm — small, senior teams who stay through implementation and put their fees partly at risk against the results they promise.
